British Airways Targets Students with Special
Fares and 69kg Baggage Allowance
|
British Airways is inviting students to take advantage of
its special student fares starting from S$1,211.
The airline also offers students a generous double baggage allowance of
up to 46kg for a checked-in baggage and one piece of hand baggage
of up to 23kg per person per trip.
Student fares include return travel to London and
one other destination in the UK or Europe as a flight stop-over,
or via Heathrow Express to one of the 16 First Great Western
destinations including Bath, Bristol Parkway, Cardiff, Exeter and
Oxford.
The special fares are also available for students
travelling to the U.S and Australia. However, the U.S. bound
students do not get the free stopover at a UK or
European destination, or the complimentary train services.
Robert Williams, British Airways’ head of sales
Asia Pacific and the Middle East, said, “Studying abroad often
involves more than just leaving one’s home country. Our exclusive
double baggage allowance and free stopover in a European city will
allow students to take a part of home with them and make their
journey a memorable one.”
