InVision Hospitality to Manage Scenia Bay Complex in Nha Trang, Vietnam

Nam Tien Lao Cai has selected Bangkok-based InVision Hospitality to manage its Scenia Bay complex in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

 The large-scale project has a total investment estimated at VND2.05 trillion ($93.4 million) and covers 7,666 square metres of land.

Located on the main beach road with unobstructed sea views, the project will have more than 700 condos for sale and over 270 Glow Hotel guestrooms.

The project is currently under construction and is slated to commence operation in 2020.

Scenia Bay is the fifth project in Vietnam for InVision Hospitality. Others include Glow Ma Belle Danang (2019), Mai House Saigon (2018), Mai House Hoi An Beach (2020) and Montgomerie Links Hotel & Villas, Danang (2017).
