Previous roles placed her in sales, marketing and management departments with some of the world’s leading hotel groups such as Starwood, Concorde, AccorHotels, and Marriott, including eight years at the 430-room flagship property Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel where she was Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Operations.

“We are delighted to welcome Sabine to lead the team at Santiburi Koh Samui,” said Dirk De Cuyper, Chief Hospitality Officer, S Hotels & Resorts. “With her extensive management experience and proven track record of strengthening not only revenues, but also the teams and the offerings at the properties she has worked for, we are confident that Sabine will lead the resort to a successful 2018, driving business and guest satisfaction to even greater heights.”

Along with a BA in Hotel Management and Tourism, German-born, Swiss-educated Lamberts also boasts an Executive MBA in Tourism and International Management and speaks five languages.

"While I understand that bottom line results and a financial healthy structure are crucial to any successful business, my prime focus clearly lies on guest experience, service excellence and associate motivation" said Mrs Lamberts. “These priorities set the tone and foundation for all other operations and will guide everything we work towards at the Santiburi Koh Samui.”
