Hong Kong Airlines to Launch Flights to Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Hong Kong Airlines will launch thrice-weekly flights to Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 27 February 2016.

An all-economy class Airbus A320 aircraft will be deployed on the Phnom Penh route.

“We are delighted to add Phnom Penh to our expanding network in Asia,” said Mr. Li Dianchun, Commercial Director of Hong Kong Airlines. “With the booming economic growth in Cambodia, the new direct flight service to Phnom Penh will connect passengers from around the world into the burgeoning country, and at the same time, offer more choices and increased convenience to Cambodians travelling out of their country and connecting to our network in Mainland China, further promoting the tourism and business ties between Hong Kong and Cambodia.”

Located on the banks of the Tonlé Sap and Mekong River, Phnom Penh, the capital and largest city in Cambodia, is rapidly becoming a popular destination for both business and leisure travellers.
