Continental Hotels to Enhance Online Sales with eRevMax

Continental Hotels, a Portuguese hotel chain, has selected eRevMax distribution solutions to manage its online sales more efficiently.

Six properties within the group are now using RateTiger to update rates and availability across OTAs. The technology also allows the hotels to access rate data and key market insights which help make better pricing decisions.

Lisbon-based Continental Hotels Group operates multiple upscale properties in Portugal and Spain in partnership with global hotel brands.

RateTiger Channel Manager will help these properties - Clarion Suites, Quality Inn Porto, Quality Inn Portus Cale, Holiday Inn Lisbon – Continental, Radisson Blu Hotel Lisbon and Hotel Florida - to improve occupancy and exposure by maintaining real-time room availability up to the last inventory across all distribution points. They will also use rate data from RateTiger Managed Reports to monitor competitor rate movement and make adjustments to the dynamics of the local market.

“The extremely competitive nature of Lisbon and Oporto markets means we need to update rates and inventories multiple times a day, and require a solution that will meet our demands for market intelligence as well as channel management,” said Vitor Hugo Antunes, Revenue Manager, Continental Hotels. “RateTiger instantly confirms that an update has been made in the channel, right in the application, which is essential to my business in terms of saving time and money.”

The eRevMax channel ecosystem provides seamless connectivity with over 200 OTAs and meta-sites, to reach out to specific target groups and regions.
