Sedona Hotel Yangon Increases Focus on Long-Stay Guests

Sedona Hotel Yangon has expanded its offerings to better accommodate long-stay guests.

The hotel has created an exclusive lounge for residents, and has increased the number of long-stay apartments currently available.

The Residents’ Lounge features 24-hour access to self-serve coffee, tea and water; a full kitchen equipped with cutlery, dishes, glassware, electrical hob, refrigerator and coffee maker; and an X-box for games and entertainment.

Sedona Hotel Yangon is converting rooms within its original Garden Wing into apartments, and will ultimately have a total of 60 long-stay apartments for the comfort of guests staying at the hotel for an extended time.

The hotel considers those who stay one month or more to be long-stay guests. As such, they will receive an array of complimentary benefits such as in-room Wi-Fi, newspaper, utility services, fitness centre access, one non-reserved parking space, daily housekeeping, self-launderette service and full-service laundering of three (one bedroom) or six pieces (two bedroom) per day.

They will also receive a ten percent discount on hotel food, beverages and secretarial services, as well as signing privileges for food and beverage credit of up to US$ 500 per month.

This expansion of guest offerings follows the recent opening of Sedona Hotel Yangon’s Inya Wing which added 431 guest rooms and suites along with a grand lobby and high-end retail gallery connecting the new tower to the existing building.

The Inya Wing also features a new state-of-the-art fitness centre, an all-day restaurant, a new spa and an executive lounge for all guests.

As one of the first international five-star properties in Yangon, Sedona Hotel Yangon is a 20-minute drive away from the international airport and the bustling city centre.
