Ariane Systems Partners CADD Emirates for Middle East Expansion

Ariane Systems, a company which specialises in self-service check-in/out technology for the hospitality industry, has partnered with CADD Emirates, an enterprise solutions provider and ICT integrator in the Middle Eastern market.

The partnership will expand Ariane Systems' solutions to hoteliers throughout Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

"Currently the UAE boasts 82,000 hotel rooms, and this figure is expected to top 100,000 by 2020, as the region prepares to host the World Expo. As the region continues to demonstrate unprecedented potential for growth, we are extremely excited to develop our presence in the Middle Eastern hospitality market," said Laurent Cardot, CEO of Ariane Systems.

The solutions which Ariane Systems provides hotels includes online software to streamline the check-in and check-out process, along with self-service kiosks and keycard dispensers.

The kiosk solutions offered by Ariane Systems allow hotel properties to provide their guests with a secure and easy system for accessing their guestrooms. The solution provides an intuitive, customizable interface and allows guests to effortlessly obtain room keycards in less than a minute, upon arriving at the property. The self-service kiosks also provide guests with the ability to pay with a credit card, further facilitating service operations for both guests and staff alike.

"Our commitment to the hospitality vertical in the MENA region is to offer 'Tomorrow's Technology Today' with our rich experience of 20 years. Introducing the latest technology applications to the hotels and leisure industry is our passion. We have identified Ariane as a highly sought after solution for any hotelier. We are excited about this business partnership and are fully equipped to take our relationship forward to establish a strong foothold in this market for Ariane," said Jimmy Joseph, business manager for the Hospitality Division of CADD Emirates.
