Muddy Murphy's Irish Pub in Singapore Moving Back to Original Location

One of Singapore’s most popular Irish pubs, Muddy Murphy's, is moving back to its original location after two and a half years at TripleOne Somerset.

Muddy Murphy's was originally located at the basement of Orchard Hotel Shopping Arcade since it opened in 1996 till 2013, when a redevelopment of the premises resulted in a relocation to TripleOne Somerset.

A premature termination of the lease in TripleOne Somerset recently opened doors to an opportunity to move back to the original location, now known as Claymore Connect.

“It is a welcome move, for sure,” said Bjorn Seegers, CEO of Muddy Murphy Holdings, the parent company of Muddy Murphy’s. “Our customers and staff are elated for Muddy’s to return ‘home’. We have secured a ten-year lease with CDL Hospitality Trusts for this site and we look forward to welcoming our friends and customers when we open our barn doors some time in early August.”

The pub will celebrate the move with closing events at TripleOne Somerset on 9 – 10 July.
