AirAsia Retimes Select Flights Departing Kuala Lumpur Between 26-29 September 2016

Several AirAsia and AirAsia X flights departing Kuala Lumpur between 26 and 29 September 2016 have been retimed due to a planned closure of airspace for aerial survey by the authorities.

All flights departing Kuala Lumpur via klia2 between 11:00 and 11:59 as well as from 14:00 to 14:59 (GMT+8) between 26 - 29 September have been retimed for earlier or later departures to accommodate the planned closure of airspace.

AirAsia and AirAsia X says it has notified all affected guests via email and SMS, and would like to encourage all passengers travelling between the mentioned dates and times to check their registered emails and mobile numbers for retime notifications.

Passengers can also visit the AirAsia website and check their flight departure before travelling to the airport as well.

All passengers are encouraged to perform self check-in via the web or on mobile devices, and have their boarding passes printed before arriving at klia2 for a smoother travelling experience which will also earn them 100 BIG Points at the same time.

Web and mobile check-in services are available 14 days and up to 1 hour prior to departure for all AirAsia flights and up to 4 hours prior to departure for all AirAsia X flights.
