Sedona Hotel Yangon Opens 431-Room Wing

The Sedona Hotel Yangon has opened a new 29-floor wing.

The new 431-room Inya Wing brings the total room inventory at Sedona Hotel Yangon to 797, and Sedona’s portfolio in Myanmar to over 1,000 rooms.

Designed by a team of consultants from Singapore, including Forum Architects, Inya Wing is linked to the existing hotel block via a new connector which features a high-end retail gallery and an elevated podium that houses an alfresco terrace with a freeform swimming pool, fully equipped fitness centre, an all-day dining restaurant, a spa and an Executive Club Lounge.

Keppel Land first entered Myanmar in 1993 when it broke ground for Sedona Hotel Yangon, introducing its brand of signature Asian hospitality. A year later, the company broke ground for its second Sedona hotel in Mandalay.

Sitting majestically on eight acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, Sedona Hotel Yangon is a 20-minute drive away from the international airport and is in close proximity to the famous Shwedagon Pagoda and Inya Lake.
