Staycity Heathrow Opens 125-Room Extension

Staycity has opened the doors to a further 125 apartments at its popular London Heathrow site.

The extension to Staycity Heathrow sees the rapidly growing aparthotel operator move into its neighbouring property, giving it a total of 269 studios, one and two-bed apartments.

A guest lounge and café on the ground floor and breakfast area and terrace on the podium level has also opened.

Staycity Heathrow also has a fitness room, guest laundry, luggage lockers and car park.

Staycity London Heathrow first opened in May 2012 and has become a popular stopover for both business travellers flying into and out of the UK and leisure guests, boasting an average occupancy of 85%.

“We have had a high level of interest in Heathrow since we opened,” said Staycity CEO and founder, Tom Walsh. “There is a strong demand from those travelling in and out of Heathrow as well as those taking the mainline rail out of London Paddington and people working with or visiting the many businesses in the area.”

The apartments are a one-minute walk from Hayes & Harlington rail service, with a 12-minute service into Heathrow’s terminals.
