ReviewPro Appoints Younes Hammoumi as Vice President of Customer Success - Asia Pacific

ReviewPro has appointed Younes Hammoumi as Vice President of Customer Success, Asia Pacific.

Younes has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including strategic roles at Revinate, Market Metrix and Trust International.

At ReviewPro, Younes will take on a new role that has been created as a result of the growing portfolio of leading hotel brands in the Asia Pacific region.

“The APAC region continues to represent a growing opportunity for us to expand our leadership position in the area of Guest Intelligence,” said Michael Chin, Regional VP, Asia Pacific for ReviewPro.“The appointment of Younes as VP of Customer Success for the region is a further key step in our APAC expansion plans and we are sure he will share his best practices and hospitality knowledge around consumer satisfaction resulting in further success for the company and our clients.”
