Air Tahiti Nui to Upgrade Systems with Amadeus Technology

Air Tahiti Nui has decided transform the customer experience with a new suite of advanced technology solutions from Amadeus.

Air Tahiti Nui will adopt the Amadeus Altéa Suite to enhance its reservations, inventory, check-in and departure control processes.

The airline will also implement Amadeus Segment Revenue Management, Amadeus Loyalty Management and Amadeus Payment Platform.

“Air Tahiti Nui is in a transformative phase right now. We have already taken the decision to replace our entire aircraft fleet, and next we must make sure we have the most advanced technology infrastructure in place to set us up for success,” said Michel Monsoisin, Chief Executive Officer, Air Tahiti Nui. “Technology will play a pivotal role not only in driving operational efficiencies for our business but also in providing a seamless, comfortable experience to our customers.”

Air Tahiti Nui joins more than 120 airlines globally contracted to use the full Altéa Suite, including most of the major airlines in Asia Pacific. Beyond the Altéa Suite, Air Tahiti Nui will adopt the following solutions to improve profitability and deliver greater personalisation and convenience to travellers:

- Altéa Segment Revenue Management will help Air Tahiti Nui maximise revenue through innovative demand forecasting techniques combined with real time data exchange.

- Amadeus Loyalty Management will enable Air Tahiti Nui to make personalised offers and promotions that meet the needs and expectations of their customers, turning the loyalty programme into a profit centre for the airline.

- Amadeus Payment Platform connects directly to acquiring banks, payment service providers, fraud management and other payment-related solutions, helping airlines to protect revenues, increase sales and reduce payment costs.
