Frasers Hospitality Opens First Serviced Residence in Switzerland

Frasers Hospitality has strengthened its presence in Europe with the launch of its first Gold Standard serviced residence in Switzerland, Fraser Suites Geneva.

The opening of the 67-unit Fraser Suites Geneva adds to Frasers Hospitality’s portfolio in Europe, which will aggregate to 55 properties with more than 4,300 units across the UK, Germany, France, Hungary, Turkey, Spain and Switzerland, including pipeline properties.

Located in the heart of the city centre, Fraser Suites Geneva is situated within the prestigious shopping and business district of Rue Du Marché, where the International Convention Centre and major international banks such as Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and UBS are within the vicinity.

It is walking distance from the Quays of Lac Geneva and in close proximity to the Geneva Old Town, Palais des Nations Geneva, St Peters Cathedral and many other attractions.

Offering a range of fully furnished contemporary serviced residences from studio units to one-bedroom units, each apartment features integrated living, dining and bedroom areas, a well-equipped kitchen and a comprehensive home entertainment system.

Frasers Hospitality’s global portfolio, including those in the pipeline, currently stands at 136 properties in 78 cities and more than 22,000 keys worldwide.
