"We are excited about the opening of our newest Customer Support Facility in Sao Paulo," said David Mast, President and CEO of PAG. "Our businesses cater to both fixed and rotary wing operators worldwide and we will continue to make capital investments in facilities to strengthen our ability to support our customers. Brazil, and more specifically Sao Paulo, is home to the largest concentration of Civilian Helicopter operators in the world, as well as large fleet operators - both fixed and rotary wing. We have always had a strong customer base in Brazil, but we believe in having sales and service facilities where our customers are located. PAG is committed to opening facilities in close proximity to our customers to facilitate improved support. In the last 12 years, we have opened facilities in Vancouver, Canada; Lafayette, Louisiana (USA); Brisbane, Australia and now Sao Paulo, Brazil. Our facilities at these locations now encompass over 75,000 square feet, employ 45 sales/service personnel and service over 20,000 items annually in direct support of our local customer bases."

Juan Giraldo , Director - Latin American Sales - PAG - said, "PHP's commitment to support the Latin American market began in 2001 when I was hired and moved from Bogota, Colombia to join PHP. Over the years, PAG has been very focused on expanding its support of the Latin American market. We will expand our facility in Sao Paulo to include a Repair Station in the near future and we will add Sales and Service locations in additional locations in Latin America."
