Skyways Technics Joins ATRs Network of Recommended Aircraft Maintenance Centers

Skyways Technics, a company based in Sonderborg, Denmark which specializes in aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), has joined ATRs network of recommended aircraft maintenance centers.

Launched in 2012, the MRO network already includes maintenance and service providers based in Asia, Latin America and Europe.

Founded on the basis of Cimber Air Maintenance Center A/S, MRO of one of the first ATR operators in Europe, Skyways Technics has over 30 years of maintenance experience on ATR aircraft. It offers a wide range of aircraft maintenance services, from line to base maintenance and on-site support.

Benjamin Nielsen, Chief Executive Officer of Skyways Technics, said, We are proud of the expertise we have developed on ATR aircraft for three decades. Integrating its network is a real sign of recognition for us. Our geographic situation in the southern part of Denmark makes it easy and fast to access from anywhere in northern Europe and Scandinavia, a region with a significant number of ATRs in operation.

Tom Anderson, Senior Vice President Commercial and Customer Support of ATR, added, Skyways Technics has been providing highly-qualified and reliable maintenance solutions to ATR aircraft for years, thus becoming a natural choice when expanding our offer of services in northern Europe. We are pleased to partner with such a recognized service provider when it comes to supporting our increasing fleet in this region.
