Qatar Airways Privilege Club, the airline’s loyalty programme, has launched a new Globetrotter campaign so members can earn bonus Qmiles and travel badges as they enjoy exploring the airline’s worldwide network of more than 140 destinations.

Privilege Club members have the opportunity to receive rewards of up to 100,000 bonus Qmiles and a single tier upgrade on travel before 31 December 2015.

The Globetrotter campaign offers rewards on travel to a number of destinations captured through four unique themes:

Cultural Explorations: Members will be in for a memorable experience as they embark on a discovery of fascinating cultures from the Great Pyramids of Giza to the Taj Mahal in India.

Adventurous Getaways: This theme offers members the opportunity to discover nature at its best. Take an adventure and discover the airline’s beach, safari, nature and wildlife destinations.

Culinary Journeys: The globetrotting experience is incomplete without sampling delectable cuisine around the globe. Indulge in the tastes of China, Tokyo and Spain to name but a few.

Metropolitan Excursions: Showcasing exciting city destinations, members have the opportunity to experience any number of the world’s great cosmopolitan cities to shop until you drop in Dubai, London and Paris or tour the Burj Khalifa, Big Ben or the Eiffel Tower.

“Qatar Airways would like to express its appreciation to Privilege Club members by rewarding them with additional Qmiles when they fly to one of our worldwide destinations as part of the new Globetrotter campaign,” said Rahul Kucheria Senior Manager, Frequent Flyer Programme, Qatar Airways. “Privilege Club members are very important to Qatar Airways and our Frequent Flyer Programme is designed with our members firmly in mind, offering them exclusive benefits and ensuring a seamless travel experience across one of the world’s largest route networks.”

Members are required to travel to at least one of the destinations in each theme during the Globetrotter campaign period to earn bonus Qmiles. On top of the bonus Qmiles earned, at the end of every theme, members will earn a special ‘travel badge’ for participating in each theme.

In addition to the bonus Qmiles and travel badges members can earn across the four themes, other rewards await them at the end of the Qatar Airways Globetrotter campaign on 31 December 2015, based on the number of ‘travel badges’ earned.

Members with four travel badges will be rewarded with 100,000 bonus Qmiles and a single tier upgrade. Simultaneously 50,000 bonus Qmiles will be earned by members with three travel badges and 25,000 bonus Qmiles by members with two travel badges.

To be eligible for the campaign, a one-time registration is required.
