Seats will be automatically be assigned for those with no pre-purchased seat assignments. Boarding passes can be saved as an image or printed straight from the Android device.

Guests can do mobile check-in for up to 14 passengers. It will be initially available for those with web or mobile bookings only.

The mobile check-in service is not available for guests with infants, interline or check-through flights, or those requiring special handling, as they have to go through the usual check-in process.

"Aside from the app, guests can also check in through the website and self-service kiosks at the airport," said Cebu Pacific VP for Marketing and Distribution, Candice Iyog.
