Bahrain-based Elite Hospitality Group has selected LIVE, the Integrated Management Dashboard from eRevMax to centralize the online distribution process of its portfolio of hotels.

Seven properties of the group are using the web-based platform for updating rates across channels and accessing rate data and analytics from a single dashboard to improve business efficiency.

The LIVE platform incorporates the RateTiger and Connect product sets, and merges detailed Competitor Intelligence & Business Analytics with XML channel connectivity for real-time rate and inventory updates coordinated with reservation reporting with booking delivery to hotel third party systems.

Elite's hotels will be able to quickly manage room rates, availability and restrictions across all connected XML channels in real-time through any connected device. The ready-to use rate reports available within Managed Rate Data Feed will help them to forecast with greater precision through historical and future price analysis.

“LIVE gives us real-time visibility into group and property level business performance, which helps us to measure and improve key metric like rate, booking production, pace and compliance to strategic and tactical business plans. Having used other products earlier, I can certify that this is far superior than what we have seen and used when it comes to stability, reliability and service,” said Prashant Jadhav, E-Marketing Manager, Elite Hospitality Group.
