Peter Pfister Joins Bay Bridge Hong Kong as GM

Peter Pfister has been appointed  as General Manager of the Bay Bridge Hong Kong.

A Swiss national, Peter brings more than 25 years of global hospitality experience to the Tsuen Wan landmark, which is beginning a new era following a renovation of its serviced apartments and public areas.

His career has ranged from running his own restaurants to the F&B and rooms divisions of international chains, from his native Switzerland to France, the United States and Asia.

Peter was most recently Executive Assistant Manager overseeing all operations at the Regal Kowloon Hotel, Hong Kong.

Earlier senior management positions were with Suvretta House, New World Hotels, Mira Hotel and Harbour Plaza.

An active member of the local F&B industry, Peter is a former Executive Committee member of Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong.

“I’m very excited about this next phase of my career enjoying the dynamics of this iconic city of Hong Kong,” he said.
