Md. Mahbubor Rahman Joins Le Méridien Angkor as GM

Le Méridien Angkor has appointed Md. Mahbubor Rahman as General Manager.

Md. Mahbubor began his career with Starwood 20 years ago at the Dhaka Sheraton Hotel in Bangladesh. Over the years he has undertaken four hotel openings, two city hotel conversions and has headed finance teams of several hotels, with his most recent appointment as Cluster Director of Finance for Plaza Athénée, A Royal Méridien Hotel, Le Méridien Bangkok, Vana Belle, A Luxury Collection Resorts in Koh Samui and Sheraton Samui Resort.

Md. Mahbubor holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and is a visiting lecturer at Mahidol International University, one of the top universities in Bangkok.

His hobbies include listening to music, gardening and reading.
