VFS Global, an outsourcing and technology services provider for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, has processed its 100 millionth application within 14 years of operation.

VFS Global was a business model created in India in 2001 introducing the concept of Visa Process outsourcing. Going beyond this, the organisation has leveraged its expertise to offering integrated services for governments enabling citizen and identity management services and supporting border management services with identity management solutions.

VFS Global today serves 45 client governments across 120 countries with a growing network of services across the world.

CEO of VFS Global, Zubin Karkaria, said, "This is a very proud moment for VFS Global as it is a strong testimony of our commitment and drive to deliver very high service quality consistently across the globe. We embrace technology and leverage it to continuously develop innovative solutions which support the vision and requirements of our client governments. This milestone also reflects the trust and credibility we have built with governments across the world, and we deeply honour the trust reposed in us and appreciate the support and cooperation we have received ever since our inception in 2001."

The organisation has developed a portfolio of technologically advanced new age solutions such as location independent document processing solution, mobile applications and video conferencing solutions among others.
