Rosewood Phnom Penh Appoints Daniel Grau as Managing Director

Mr. Daniel Grau has been appointed as Managing Director of the Rosewood Phnom Penh, scheduled to open in late 2016.

Mr. Grau was previously hotel manager at Rosewood Beijing where he was one of the key opening team members contributing to the successful hotel opening and introduction of the brand to the region.

With more than 20 years hospitality experience in China, Philippines, U.K., Switzerland, Mexico, Venezuela and the U.S., Mr. Grau will be responsible for the opening and ongoing operations for Rosewood Phnom Penh.

Prior to joining Rosewood, he held multiple operations positions at Four Seasons hotels including hotel manager for Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, director of residences for Four Seasons Private Apartments in Beijing and director of rooms for Four Seasons hotels in Shanghai, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami.

Of Spanish and Danish heritage, Mr. Grau graduated from Les Roches in Switzerland and speaks Spanish, Danish, English and conversational Mandarin.
