The Alila Villas Soori, located on the west coast of Bali, will host Life Coach and Aurora Spa founder, Lyndall Mitchell, for a short residency of private wellness masterclasses from 21 to 27 June 2015.

Guests will be able to take part in a series of one-on-one coaching consultations focused on creating a life balance, becoming more focused and energised and reconnecting with what inspires them.

Lyndall is an experienced life and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience to her name. Through a process of identifying key areas that need improvement in a persons life, she creates a tailored programme taking into account various elements including career, health and lifestyle. Each consultation also identifies and addresses individual concerns, from time management, self-esteem and stress management, to personal direction or clarity of purpose.

The holistic lifestyle retreat offers a series of 60-minute one-on-one coaching consultations, which can be taken daily or as one-off sessions combined with Spa Alila signature treatments and holistic exercise classes at the resort.

The Spa Alila features a dry room for consultations; a wet room with heated terrazzo massage tables and Vichy showers; plus a changing area with private steam room and whirlpool. Yoga and Pilates specialists are also on hand for an integrated wellness experience.
