dnata Acquires Majority Stake in Imagine Cruising

dnata has received regulatory approval from the Competition Commission of South Africa for its purchase of a majority stake of Imagine Cruising.

Imagine Cruising, a leader in cruise and stay holiday distribution out of the UK,  will become part of the dnata travel family of businesses, which includes Stella Travel Services, Gold Medal Group, Travel Republic, and additional investments in Hogg Robinson Group, and Mindpearl Group.

Based in Swindon, UK, with offices also in Cape Town, South Africa, Imagine Cruising provides passengers with a range of cruise options around the world.
