Dusit Signs Resort in Zhuzhou City, China

Dusit Fudu has signed an agreement with Zhuzhou Nature Real Estate Development to manage a resort in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province.

The Dusit Devarana Hot Springs & Spa Resort Zhuzhou, Hunan is located approximately one hour by car from the international airport and the central business district of Changsha, the province's capital. It is also a 20-minute drive from the city centre and high speed train station.

As the second largest city in Hunan Province, Zhuzhou's railway stations are some of the busiest in China, with a train passing on average every three minutes.

Scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2019, the resort will feature 150 guest rooms and villas, with each villa boasting a private hot springs pool set against a tranquil, picturesque landscape.

Dining outlets at the resort will include international all-day dining, a Chinese restaurant and a lobby lounge, whilst a conference centre with state-of-the-art audio visual facilities will cater for medium-sized events.

A vast outdoor space complements the resort's recreational facilities, which will include natural hot spring pools, a badminton court, swimming pools, a tennis court and gymnasium, and a Devarana Spa.

Mr. Lim Boon Kwee, President of Dusit Fudu Hotels & Resorts, said, "With its scenic location, outstanding facilities, gracious and personalised service synonymous with traditional Thai hospitality, we are confident that Dusit Devarana Hot Springs & Spa, Zhuzhou will become the premier resort in the city."
