Philippine Airlines has enhanced its online
services with a new ‘Manage My Booking’ service for flight
rebooking and advance seat reservations.
Passengers can also use the service to add
or purchase ancillary items such as choice and forward economy
Services offered by this facility are subject to
corresponding fees (rebooking, purchase of choice seats) and fare
adjustments, if applicable.
The ‘Manage My Booking’ applies to domestic and
international one - way or round - trip tickets issued through
Passengers have to log on to the website, press
the Manage My Booking icon, type in their booking reference and
last name. After carrying out these easy steps, they can then
adjust their flight departure/arrival date, time, origin,
destination and contact information.
The facility will accept passenger requests for
flight changes up to 24 hours before a flight.
Passengers who wish to make flight changes
within 24 hours from departure time must call the PAL Hotline (02)
855-8888 or visit the nearest PAL ticket office.
