Andacura to Manage Tiger Group's Hotels and Guest Houses in Thailand

Andacura has won a contract to manage Phuket-based Tiger Group's hotels in Thailand.

Tiger Group is one of the biggest entertainment groups in Phuket, Thailand operating numerous hotels, guest houses, discos, restaurants and pubs.

The management contract covers the following hotels and guest houses:

- Tiger Bangkok Residence Hotel, 60 keys;

- Tiger Chang Residence Hotel, 95 keys;

- Tiger Chang Club, 41 keys;

- Tiger Complex Hotel, 74 keys;

- Tiger Inn Hotel, 36 keys;

- Tiger Jip Guest House, 16 keys; and

- Tiger Chang Guest House, 18 keys.

The properties will keep their current names but all logos will be re-designed, as part of a rebranding strategy for the whole group, to include 'Managed By Andacura'.

Mr. Chayasak Boonyaruk, authorized director of Tiger Group, said, "Tiger Hotels and Tiger Guest Houses are a selection of 4, 3 and 2-star properties at excellent locations at Patong Beach with over 400 Rooms ... This is the first step to reposition our properties in the market, and we are currently upgrading all our hotel rooms to be even more competitive."
