[HD video below] AirAsia X has confirmed that it will resume direct flights between Kuala Lumpur and New Delhi, India with 4 weekly flights starting 3 February 2016.

To celebrate, AirAsia X is offering all-in-fares from as low as RM399 until 29 November 2015 for travel between 3 February 2016 until 5 February 2017.

AirAsia’s Group Chief Commercial Officer, Siegtraund Teh said, "We are excited to be recommencing this exciting route."

Delhi is the capital city of Indi, and is said to be one of the oldest existing cities in the world, estimated to be over 5,000 years old. From Hindu Kings, Muslim Sultans to the British Raj, Delhi has been the witness of many cultures over the millennia. Today, it is a modern city with many heritage monuments and architecture wonders worth travelling across the globe for.

Other than the Lotus Temple, The India Gate and The Red Fort, one of the most notable attractions nearby is the famed Taj Mahal located at the neighbouring city of Agra. A white marble mausoleum built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal in 1632, this UNESCO World Heritage building is one of the world’s most celebrated structures.
