Dusit Signs Property in Cebu, Philippines

Dusit has signed its third hotel in the Philippines.

Scheduled to open in 2019, the dusitD2 Residence in Cebu will be located close to the city’s business district, IT Park, and the Cebu Golf and Country Club.

The dusitD2 Residence Cebu City will be situated within the developer’s multi-tower condominium development, Grand Residences Cebu.

A separate entrance and lobby will lead guests to the 160 serviced residences, with facilities also including an all-day dining restaurant, gym, pool and meeting rooms.
