Riverview Hotel on 382 Havelock Road in Singapore to Rebrand

Starwood has signed a deal with Keck Seng Hotel Pte Ltd, a unit of Keck Seng Group, to debut the Four Points brand in Singapore.

Slated to open by end-2016, Four Points Singapore, Riverview will be a conversion from the former Riverview Hotel on 382 Havelock Road.

The prime location is a short distance from Boat Quay and Clarke Quay, which offer a multitude of dining and entertainment options.

With a comprehensive Sin$ 25 million (approx. US$ 17.8 million) renovation and redesign currently underway, Four Points Singapore, Riverview will feature 476 guest rooms.

The hotel will offer several food and beverage options including an all-day dining restaurant, a Japanese and a Chinese restaurant, and a bar featuring alfresco seating by the river and the brand’s signature Best Brews program, showcasing some of the best local and imported beers.

Other hotel facilities will include a fitness center, an outdoor pool and 876 square meters of meeting and ballroom space.

In addition, guests will be able to enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, signature breakfast with fresh coffee, and complimentary bottled water.
