Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) will hold its inaugural Leadership Strategy Summit 11-13 March 2015 in Irving (Dallas), Texas at the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas.

The Leadership Strategy Summit will serve as a think tank where selected participants will meet to discuss and provide valuable input towards HFTP's strategic initiatives.

Global President of HFTP, Daniel N. Conti Jr., CHAE, CAM, said, “I am thrilled to bring together the talented and innovative minds that make up the HFTP membership for the inaugural Leadership Strategy Summit. I know that there will be a lot of engaging discussions as well as actionable ideas to help propel the future of our association to new heights.”

Participants in this year’s in-depth two day summit were chosen applicants who demonstrated a commitment to the success of the organization, recognized leaders and HFTP stakeholders. In order to gain perspective from all levels of membership, HFTP’s Global Board of Directors and Executive Committee along with key HFTP Global staff will also be in attendance.

The Leadership Strategy Summit is a new avenue for HFTP leaders and members to gather and discuss the driving forces and current challenges of the association. Previously, chapter leaders gathered annually for HFTP’s Leadership Summit, but the upgraded “strategy” format allows for a broader, more in-depth, analysis of the organization as a whole.

Chapter leader education that has only been offered in-person at the Leadership Summit is now available online as webinars. These are available for use by any chapter leader at any time, with new webinars offered each quarter.

HFTP, Dallas, Texas, Irvine
