Karen Tan Joins Pan Pacific as Senior Vice President - Sales and Revenue Performance

Pan Pacific Hotels Group has appointed Karen Tan as Senior Vice President, Sales and Revenue Performance.

Based at the corporate headquarters in Singapore, Karen will be responsible for driving sales and revenue performance for the company’s expanding portfolio of over 30 Pan Pacific and Parkroyal hotels and resorts across Asia, Oceania, North America and Europe, including those under development.

Karen has over 20 years of sales, marketing and revenue management experience with well-established hotels and brands such as Hilton International Singapore, Mandarin Oriental Singapore, and FRHI Hotels & Resorts which comprises three brands – Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts.

Most recently as Executive Director, Sales & Marketing, Asia Pacific at FRHI Hotels & Resorts, Karen was responsible for driving results for all Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel hotels in the region by leveraging on revenue management, marketing, distribution and public relations platforms. She also undertook competitive performance reviews and feasibility studies for new hotel projects, and provided critical support to sales and business development strategies.
