Worldhotels Joins AirAsia’s Big FFP

Worldhotels has partnered AirAsia’s frequent flyer programme, Big.

Launched in 2011, the AirAsia Big programme currently has over 14 million members from 150 different countries worldwide.

Members of AirAsia Big can now earn points starting from 700 Big Points with qualifying stays at any of Worldhotels’ almost 500 hotels worldwide, and to celebrate, Worldhotels will double the offer (1,400 Big Points) for all bookings made before 12 October 2015.

Members can use their Big Points to redeem for AirAsia flights and also benefit from a 24-hour Priority Booking service for flight sales.

Within the span of 13 years, AirAsia has grown its fleet from just two aircraft to over 160 and has carried over 230 million people to 88 business and leisure destinations.

“We are very delighted to partner one of Asia’s leading and most innovative low-cost carriers, along with the award-winning AirAsia Big that extends very comprehensive benefits proposition,” said Roland Jegge, Worldhotels Executive Vice President Asia Pacific. “The partnership with AirAsia Big is in line with our commitment to continuously finding new channels to enhance our impact in the region. This alliance will bring great visibility to our global portfolio of hotels and allow us to offer additional rewards to guests and the travel community.”
