Karma Group and Enduria Travel to Acquire and Operate Resorts in Canary Islands

The Karma Group has entered into a strategic alliance with Enduria Travel to acquire and operate resorts in the Canary Islands.

The attractive year-round climate of the Islands, especially during the European winter, coupled with their accessibility and natural beauty, has seen tourism flourish as they become the destination of choice for many who may otherwise have visited Morocco, Tunisia or Egypt.

“Over the years I have worked hard to break down as yet unseen barriers, whether spotting and acquiring land in areas still undiscovered that later become global hot spots, from Goa to Uluwatu Bali to Gili Meno, to creating a new five-star experience and brand philosophy that has changed what staying in a five-star resort means,” said John Spence, Chairman and Founder of the Karma Group. “Karma Group pioneered the “Fiv- Star Hippy” lifestyle, with our clients flocking to the experience and other brands aspiring to achieve it. We are very much looking forward to bringing this philosophy to the Canary Islands and to the opportunity of aligning with John and Enduria Travel.”

Enduria Travel’s vast experience facilitating holiday experiences in the Canary Islands forms a perfect fit with the Karma Group’s reputation for developing and running five-star properties in many of the world’s most spectacular locations.

John Macdonald, Owner of Enduria Travel said, “I am very proud that John, whom I have known for twenty-six years, has chosen to invite our company to participate in Karma’s exciting plan to acquire and operate resorts in the Canaries, bringing their unrivalled reputation for high quality resorts and unbeatable holiday experiences here to these islands. We are very much looking forward to working together with John and his team, and to contribute wherever we can to the continuing Karma success story, which has been John’s personal mission for the last twenty years. We are honoured to be a part of it.”
