Oakwood has expanded its global portfolio of serviced apartments with the opening of a 22-unit apartment building in London.

The property, newly named Oakwood Marylebone, is situated at Jerome House, on 14 Lisson Grove, Marylebone. The recently renovated contemporary-style building offers a collection of studios as well as one and two-bedroom fully furnished serviced apartments.

“We are delighted with the addition of Oakwood Marylebone to our portfolio, said Debbie Lundon, managing director for Oakwood Worldwide. “The property is in a fantastic, distinguished, yet trendy location, with great connections to the rest of London. As the demand for serviced apartments in London continues to grow, Oakwood Marylebone allows us to continue providing our clients with a wider choice of locations to meet their needs.”

The property offers serviced apartments that feature fully equipped kitchens, under-floor heating in the bathrooms, smart TV and DVD players, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Additional Oakwood Marylebone amenities include on-site concierge during business hours, apartment lifts and Bluetooth entertainment systems.

Marylebone and Baker Street stations are only a short walk away, while Marylebone village, with its community of specialised food shops, cultural institutions and unique restaurants, surrounds the property.

Local attractions include Madame Tussauds, the Sherlock Holmes Museum, Regent’s Park and London Zoo, while London’s shopping haven, Oxford Street, is minutes away.
