Italy-based business travel agency Seneca Travel
Affair has partnered with eRevMax to deliver advanced channel
management solutions to its hotel customers.
The two companies
signed an agreement that makes Seneca an official provider of
RateTiger Suite, an integrated channel manager for rate and
availability updates, rate shopping and reservation delivery.

Affair offers a complete spectrum of options to travelers ranging
from top-end luxury hotels to budget properties. The company’s IT
solutions provide business travelers and hotels, benchmarking and
expense management, self-booking tools, web services, interfacing
to proprietary platforms or third-party reporting matrices.

RateTiger Suite is an integrated solution
to manage third party sales updates, benchmark competitor room
rates, and manage reservations through 2-way XML connectivity.
It helps hotels improve sales through real-time ARI updates
and leverage rate changes as per various demand scenarios.
