Best Western has expanded its portfolio of hotels in Indonesia with the opening of the Best Western Grand Palace Kemayoran.

Set in an impressive four-story building in the heart of Central Jakarta’s fast-emerging Kelapa Gading area, the hotel’s 156 rooms, including 13 suites, all offer private balconies with views across the city, and come equipped with such amenities as large work desks, LED TVs with multiple international channels, minibars and spacious bathrooms with rain showers.

As with all Best Western hotels across the globe, all guests can enjoy complimentary internet access.

Guests can also relax in the outdoor lagoon-style swimming pool, enjoy a massage at the spa, or sample local and international cuisine at the Onyx Restaurant.

There is also a B’nW Cake Shop for guests with a sweet tooth, and the hotel’s Sky Lounge provides an ideal place for an evening cocktail, overlooking the Jakarta skyline.

Meanwhile for the corporate and events markets, Best Western Grand Palace Kemayoran offers a ballroom capable of hosting up to 300 delegates, plus five meeting rooms and outdoor function space. The hotel is also located just 1km away from JIExpo - one of Indonesia’s biggest conference and exhibition venues.

“Best Western Grand Palace Kemayoran marks a real milestone in our rapid recent Indonesian expansion,” said Glenn de Souza, BWI’s Vice President of International Operations - Asia & Middle East. “With an ideal central location and incredible array of facilities for both business and leisure guests, I am confident this grand hotel will be a fantastic addition to Best Western’s portfolio in Jakarta.”

Best Western Grand Palace Kemayoran becomes the fourth Best Western hotel in Jakarta, and the third new hotel to have opened in the past six months and there are at least three more hotels in Best Western’s Jakarta pipeline.
