AirAsia has confirmed it will be carrying out a system upgrade and maintenance of its website tarting from 11 – 12 April 2014.

Online flight booking services via website and mobile will be temporarily unavailable from 10pm on Friday, 11 April 2014 (Malaysia time/GMT+8) to 4am on Saturday, 12 April 2014 (Malaysia time/GMT+8).

During this maintenance period, flight booking through AirAsia sales offices, counters and call centre will also be unavailable.

During the downtime, passengers will not be able to perform self-check in via web, mobile and at the self-check in kiosks, as well as the ‘manage my booking’ feature online.

All passengers who are flying during this period are strongly advised to perform early check-in via web or mobile before the disruption period, to avoid any inconvenience to their travel plans.

Web or mobile check-in is available from 14 days prior to departure for both AirAsia flights and AirAsia X flights.
