Bangkok Airways has introduced a new check-in procedure at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

A dedicated self-service area with common-use self-service (CUSS) kiosks allows passengers to check-in for their flight from 24 hours up to 50 minutes prior to departure time.

Once the kiosk prints the boarding pass, the passenger then needs to proceed to a designated baggage drop area.

Ms. Tresarun Sitakalin, Bangkok Airways Ground Services Director, said, “Presently, we allow passengers to check-in via mobile and website. We add Bangkok Airways check-in service in the common-use self-service kiosk, in order to provide more convenient to our passengers. They can do self check-in at CUSS easily, and have their baggage load at Bangkok Airways check-in counter, F3.”
