Cebu Pacific to Increase Flights Between Cebu and Tandag, Surigao del Sur

Cebu Pacific is preparing to increase direct flights between Cebu and Tandag, Surigao del Sur, with three additional flight frequencies.

From 18 November to 2 December 2014, Cebu Pacific will operate a total of six weekly flights.

Utilizing an ATR-72 500 aircraft, Cebu Pacific's Tandag service will be operated every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday during this period.

The flight schedule remains the same, with the flight from Cebu departing at 11:10 and arriving in Tandag at 12:15.

The return flight departs Tandag at 12:35 and lands in Cebu at 13:40.

Tandag in Surigao del Sur is the gateway to the Enchanted River, the Britania Group of Islands, Cagwait Beach, Tinuy-an Falls and the surfing spot of Lanuza.

The direct service also adds connectivity to the Caraga region, with Cebu Pacific already operating flights from Cebu to Siargao, Surigao and Butuan.

Cebu Pacific's 51-strong fleet currently comprises of 10 Airbus A319, 28 Airbus A320, 5 Airbus A330 and 8 ATR-72 500 aircraft. Between 2014 and 2021, the airline will take delivery of 10 more brand-new Airbus A320, 30 Airbus A321neo, and 1 Airbus A330 aircraft.
