Lanson Place Signs 4th Property in Shanghai

Lanson Place has signed a deal with Shanghai Yongye Group to manage the Yongye Apartments in Puxi.

The Yongye Apartments in Puxi will comprise 186 units of one to two-bedroom suites, and is expected to open in Q4 2015.

The Yongye Apartments are in Huangpu District, adjacent to Madang Road Metro Station, enjoying proximal access to the finance and entertainment hubs, Xujiahui and Xintiandi.
