Hilton Signs Deal for First Conrad Hotel in India

Hilton has signed a management agreement with Palm Grove Beach Hotels, part of the K. Raheja Constructions Group, to open the first Conrad hotel in India.

Scheduled to open in 2015, Conrad Pune will be located within the central business district of Pune, minutes from the commercial and entertainment hubs in Kalyani Nagar, prime government institutions in Yerwada and premier residential neighbourhoods of Koregaon Park and Bund Garden. Kharadi and Ganeshkind Road will be within eight kilometres of the hotel and the Pune International Airport six kilometres away.

The Conrad Pune will feature 310 guestrooms with the latest in-room technology and six-fixture marble baths. The hotel will also feature six dining outlets, a large ballroom, a break-away function room and a spacious pre-function area, as well as four boardrooms and a fully-equipped 24-hour business centre. Guests of the hotel will also be able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, luxurious full-service spa and a salon.
