Mark Kukulski Appointed President of Wyndham Hotel Group Management

Wyndham Hotel Group has appointed Mark Kukulski as president of its management division, Wyndham Hotel Group Management.

In this role, effective 11 November 2014, Mark will be responsible for the consistent execution of all hotel operations for the company’s 46 domestic managed properties, including financial management, sales and marketing, guest satisfaction, associate and owner relations and compliance with quality standards.

With more than 26 years of experience, Mark joins Wyndham Hotel Group from Starwood Hotels & Resorts where he spent 18 years in operational leadership roles for managed, owned and franchised property portfolios. Most recently, he served as area managing director, Florida and Caribbean, for the company’s North America portfolio of owned and managed resorts and hotels. Prior to that, he served as general manager at The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Fla.

“With almost three decades of experience, Mark is truly a hospitality industry leader and a welcome addition to our team as we expand our management business,” said Bob Loewen, Wyndham Hotel Group’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. “His expertise in hotel management and operations will drive our managed portfolio as we continue to optimize the high-quality services and amenities available to our guests and grow our offerings in strategic destinations throughout the U.S..”

Earlier in his career, Mark held several senior hotel operations and management positions at Sheraton Hotels and Resorts and Embassy Suites Hotels properties in Boston, Mass.; Denver, Colo.; Washington, D.C.; Phoenix, Ariz.; and St. Pete Beach, Fla.

Mark will be based in Wyndham Hotel Group’s Parsippany, N.J., offices.
