Aloft Hotel Opens in Yancheng, China

Starwood has expanded its portfolio of hotels in China with the opening of the Aloft Yancheng in Jiangsu Province of eastern China.

Owned by Yancheng Powerlong Real Estate Development, the 299-room hotel is the seventh Aloft hotel in China.

Aloft Yancheng is located near the city’s main downtown area, its brand new business district, and major transportation hubs.

The hotel is close to many noteworthy travel destinations, including Dazong Scenic Lake, the Nine-Dragon Scenic Region, various coastal plains and two nature reserves.

The guestrooms at Aloft Yancheng feature loft-inspired spaces: high ceilings with oversized windows and spacious spa-inspired showers with amenities by Bliss Spa products.

Each room also combines high-tech office and entertainment equipment with complimentary wireless internet access and plug & play, a one-stop connectivity solution for multiple electronic gadgetry all linked to a 42” LED TV.

Other amenities include 350 square meters of event space equipped with high speed internet access and state-of-the-art AV equipment, a Re:charge fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, and the W XYZSM bar.

To celebrate its official opening, Aloft Yancheng is offering an introductory rate of 360 RMB per room per night, including a complimentary breakfast. The offer is valid until 31 May 2014.
