Prince Hotel KL Appoints Director of Business Development and Director of Marketing Communications

The Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur has appointed Ms. Wee Chee Jiuan, more commonly known as CJ, as Director of Business Development, and Camelia YIm as Director of Marketing Communications.

CJ and Camelia report directly to the hotel’s General Manager, Tim Quarm. 

In the role of Director of Business Development – CJ will be responsible for leading the hotel sales, revenue and event teams.

Tim Quarm, General Manager, Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur said, “With more than 15 years of hotel experience, CJ has gained great knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management. Her management abilities will be an asset for business development department. We look forward to CJ’s contribution in expanding our business in the years ahead.”

Camelia will be responsible for the hotel’s marketing and communication strategies with the integration and activation of digital marketing including social media platform, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), strengthen brand awareness, reinforcing Prince’s market position and addressing the business needs for the hotel. Camelia will also be responsible for overseeing the property’s sustainability and community initiatives.

Tim Quarm, commented on the appointment, saying, “We are very excited to have Camelia join the team at Prince. Her proactive attitude and extensive marketing background makes her a valuable asset to our marketing efforts and a perfect fit for our Prince team.”
