[HD video below] Between 9-12 October 2014 the luxurious 30-suite 137 Pillars House in Chiang Mai, a SilverNeedle Hotel and a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, will host an Organic Gourmet Festival.

The festival, which has an important charity component, will feature two guest chefs, organic cuisine and wines, local market and hotel herb garden tours and daily cooking demonstrations.

Four-course dinners on the first two evenings and a brunch on Sunday will showcase a different chefs cuisine, while the six-course Gala Dinner on 11 October will be a joint collaborative masterpiece by the three chefs who will each prepare two courses.

The Gala Dinner will include an auction to raise funds for Chiang Mais School of Life which is supported by the hotel.

So what can guests expect? What is the dress code? How much is the hotel looking to raise and what will be auctioned? In this HD video interview, which took place on 25 September 2014, we put these questions and many more to not only the hotel's General Manager, Mr. Manfred ILG, but also the new Executive Chef, Khun Amporn.
