Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts has signed an agreement with Everfashion Group to manage a castle-style hotel in Fushun city, part of Liaoning province near Shenyang.

Dusit Thani Castle Fushun, Liaoning, is located within the Hot Go Park, currently being developed into one of the largest lifestyle and entertainment destinations in China.

The park will house the Dream World theme park, a Balinese-style Water World, a ski resort, an 18-hole golf course, a mixed-use commercial complex, a hot springs centre and luxury residential villas.

When the Hot Go Entertainment Park is fully completed in 2017, daily visitors are expected to reach 80,000 at its peak.

Fushun is one of the industrial and economic development hubs of Liaoning and is historically known as the originating place of the Qing Dynasty, dating back to 1616.

Schedule to open in January 2017, the 450-room Dusit Thani Castle Fushun, with its castle architectural design, is approximately 45 minutes from Shenyang Taoxian International Airport and 40 minutes from Shenyang city centre by car.

The hotel will offer a Devarana Spa with a full range of lifestyle and wellness programs. Dining outlets will include an all-day dining restaurant, a theme restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, a roof top bar and a lobby lounge. Recreational facilities will include an indoor swimming pool, a well-equipped gymnasium, a shopping arcade with luxury brands and a kid’s club. A ballroom and several meeting rooms with state of the art audio visual facilities will also be available.

“In keeping with our aggressive expansion plan in China, we are pleased to have this iconic hotel in our portfolio,” said Mr. Lim Boon Kwee, President of Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts. “Dusit Thani Castle Fushun, Liaoning will set a benchmark of service, quality and excellence in the local hospitality industry.”
