Trump SoHo New York Appoints Brian Lee as Executive Chef

Trump SoHo New York, the first Trump Hotel Collection property in downtown Manhattan and an AAA Five Diamond rated hotel, has appointed Brian Lee as executive chef overseeing culinary operations for the 391-room hotel.

With more than ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Lee has held leadership positions at several of the finest hotels, restaurants and private clubs in the New York metropolitan area.

Widely regarded in the culinary industry for his talent and passion for local and seasonal fare, Chef Lee will oversee all in-room dining and banquet catering for Trump SoHo.

“Brian has been recognized throughout his career for being a visionary chef and corporate trainer, creating compelling yet approachable menu concepts and leveraging in-depth knowledge to significantly increase operational efficiency,” said Andreas Oberoi, general manager of Trump SoHo New York. “We look forward to implementing his unique approach to the signature private dining and event catering experiences at Trump SoHo.”

Chef Lee is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has held posts at New York’s 21 Club restaurant, Four Seasons Restaurant in New York, and New York Hilton Midtown, among others.
