Jayne O達rien Joins IHG as Senior Vice President of Global Brands

InterContinental Hotels Group has appointed Jayne O達rien as Senior Vice President of Global Brands.

Jayne, who will be responsible for overseeing brand vision and strategy across IHG痴 global portfolio of nine brands, has a rich background in the travel industry.

During her 18-year career at British Airways, she served in a number of senior brand marketing and commercial roles, and was responsible for helping to develop many of British Airways most successful brand and product initiatives, including the first flat bed in Business Class (Club World), the One World Alliance Brand and initiatives such as the first Arrivals Lounge concept at London Heathrow Airport.

Prior to joining IHG, Jayne served as Chief Marketing Officer for Dubai Properties Group, a leading master developer of destinations and districts across Dubai. There she was responsible for all group marketing across the group, including brand management, public relations and customer relations.

Before moving to Dubai, Jayne was the Chief Marketing officer at the Regus Group, one of the world痴 largest workplace solutions providers.

Jayne graduated from London University with a degree in Serbo-Croat with Eastern European studies. She also spent time at Zagreb University, Croatia studying Croatian, as well as attending Ashridge Management College and Harvard Business School.
